Non-Returnable Items

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are:
- In their original condition
- Unworn, unwashed
- With all tags attached

Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Processing

Refunds & Credits
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Original payment: Credited back to your original card or PayPal account
- Exchanges: Shipped as soon as the new item is available
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties paid initially cannot be refunded.
International Returns
For our international clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Please declare « RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE » on customs forms
- We cannot refund originally paid customs duties
